Ingegerd Björklund's programme "Famous Swedish Women in Music" has become very popular. On a special album Ingegerd Björklund sings Songs composed by Ingeborg von Bronsart, Helena Munktell, Laura Netzel and Elfrida Andrée.  Ingegerd also offers shows, where she tells interesting episodes from the mentioned ladies, who broke unwritten laws, because they appeared on male fields, which were forbidden at that time.


In the Autumn 2022 Ingegerd Björklund¨s biography "Med befriad röst" (With Liberal Voice) was published,. Here Ingegerd Björklund is telling the true story about the legendary lady, who became the first female journalist in Sweden. Wendela Hebbe also wrote some music. 


Ingegerd Björklund works with several large projects. One of them is focusing on the famous Singer Christina Nilsson, who conquerred the musical world during the latter part of the 19th century. The elder Swedish Soprano was the subject of Ingegerd Björklund's doctoral dissertation. During 2024-2026 many great shows will take place both in Sweden and abroad. Some of them will also include art exhibitions.


Another great international project is Nobel Resound, where Dr. Ingegerd Björklund tells interesting episodes connected with the Nobel family and sings songs based on lyrics, written by some Nobel Prize Laureates. Ingegerd Björklund has also recorded a new album entitled Nobel Resound. Dr. Björklund is even writing a book with the same title. Ingegerd Björklund will also present her art exhibitions on the same theme. 


Recently Dr. Björklund has also focused on the phenomena Northern Lights in her reseach and with this as a starting point, she describes the music in the Nordic countries in a upcoming book. The Swedish Soprano will also record an album with some of the most beloved songs from the Nordic countries, including compositions by Edvard Grieg and Jean Sibelius. Many of these songs Ingegerd Björklund has performed successfully all over the world previously, but the updated version of Northern Lights will also include her own interpretations in art exhibitions.The multi-genre project  will be opened in 2025.


It can also be mentioned that in 2024 Ingegerd Björklund will offer concerts with music composed by members of the Swedish Royal Family. Dr. Björklund has previously recorded an album with some music, entilted "Bernadottemusik" and she is also going to publish a book about the musical Swedish Royal Family.

The Album "Julstämning" is very international. Ingegerd Björklund sings in 11 languages and plays the organ in Almesåkra Church, Sweden, while Kaj Nyström plays the trumpets. All the beloved Christmas Songs are there, but also some new ones.

"Julgläje" - a Christmas Album you will love!

Based on Dr. Ingegerd Björklund's own research in the archieves at The Royal Castle in Stockholm, Sweden, an extraordinary album  with Swedish Royal Music was released. On the album "Bernadottemusik" Ingegerd Björklund sings Songs and plays Piano music composed  by King Oscar I, Queen Joséphine, Prince Gustaf, Princess Eugénie, Prince August and Princess Thérèse. It can be assumed that the music on this album has been recorded for the first time. The LIVE recording was made at Örebro Castle, a historic place for the Swedish Royal Family. It has to be noted that on this unique album Ingegerd Björklund sings the Songs and plays the piano at the same time. Regarding the album "Bernadottemusik" it has been said that it is a very interesting collection of rare music, which Ingegerd Björklund performs to perfection.

With the album "Voix Celéste" Dr. Ingegerd Björklund shows her great abilities both as a singer and as an organ player. It has to be noted that on this LIVE-recording, made in Sofia Church, Stockholm, Sweden, Ingegerd Björklund sings and accompanies herself on the organ at the same time.  Music critics have used the word "superb" to describe Ingegerd Björklund's album "Voix Celéste".

Recently the album "Unlimited" was released. On this unique album the Swedish Soprano & Concert Organist  Ingegerd Björklund and the trumpeter Kaj Nyström take you on a marvellous musical journey around the world. The two of them have performed world-wide on many occasions and here they are sharing some of the most beloved songs with you. It has to be noted that  Ingegerd Björklund has arranged many of the songs and she sings in eleven languages, including Mandarin, Japanese and the Korean languages. Even on this album she sings to her own organ accompaniment and finaly she presents an exciting organ improvisation on a number of renowned songs. The album "Unlimited" has been received with acclamation.
